Under the supervision of a designated supervisor, implements advanced networking systems and independently performs primary diagnostics and trouble resolution
for the Connecticut Education Network. This position will be a primary interface between the design/implementation functions of the CEN advanced services center and the operational support staff on the CEN Team.
This position is intended for individuals with advanced knowledge of networking systems.
