Administrative Services Assistant 3, UCP 4

The University of Connecticut, Department of Information Technology Services (ITS), is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and energetic individual to fill the position of Administrative Services Specialist 3. The selected candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also capable and willing to work effectively in a team environment. Under the general supervision of the Executive Assistant to the VP/CIO, this position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests to the Department and will coordinate many of the administrative matters of the office, including calendaring and meeting coordination for the ITS Leadership Team. Other position duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating workflow and processing paperwork, composing and editing correspondence and providing project support.
