Configuration Manager-Operating Systems Programmer Analyst 2 or 3

Under the supervision of the KFS team lead, this position applies considerable expertise and knowledge of system administration techniques to configure and support web application servers responsible for hosting the University’s enterprise financial systems (Kuali), IBM Forms Experience Builder, IBM Filenet, SDLC tools and other applications used across the University. Incumbents in this position are considered either technical specialists or technical experts, based on their level, and are expected to have expertise with large-scale integrated computing systems.

Under the direction of the Director of Telecommunications, this position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive knowledge of computer and communication network equipment, programming and standards. The incumbent will apply this knowledge to perform, oversee and coordinate efforts of technical staff to research, design, plan, and maintain complex network systems. This position is responsible for leading the team responsible for the development, design, implementation and management of network systems for all University locations including switches/ routers/ wireless, LAN/WAN, data centers, internet, IPAM, VPN’s, and Firewalls.

Enterprise Application Trainer (Training/Development Specialist-UCP VI)

Under the direction of the Project Management Office, the Enterprise Application Trainer will coordinate, provide, and enhance classroom and virtual training to the University’s Enterprise Systems users. As part of the ITS Project Management Office, the Enterprise Application Trainer will work with various members of the University community, including both operational and academic areas, to develop and coordinate training programs.
